Leadership

Ralph Teller

Ralph Teller, Founder.  Ralph has been a student of Longevity since his studies at Fordham University where he earned his B.A.  Ralph is also an Ironman Triathlete and is a Finisher at the 2004 Ironman California 70.3, 2005 Ironman Canada, 2006 Ironman UK, 2007 Ironman (Germany) European Championship, 2008 Lake Stevens Ironman 70.3, 2008 Longhorn Ironman 70.3, 2009 Ironman Boise 70.3, and 2010 Ironman Calgary 70.3.  A Basic Climb graduate from the Mountaineers, he has hiked and climbed many of the peaks in Washington State, including Mount Rainier. 

A lawyer in Washington State, he received his J.D. from Gonzaga University Law School, and was General Counsel to Shurgard and helped the company establish a national footprint. Ralph was also VP Business Development & General Counsel to software developer Raima Corporation where he played a key role in quadrupling revenues over 17 consecutive profitable quarters that resulted in a successful acquisition by a publicly traded company.  Ralph is the father of Luke Teller and Danielle Teller, and has lived in Fall City, Washington the past 20 years.

Chris Harig

Chris Harig, Athletic Performance & Web Analytics Advisor.  Chris Harig earned his B.A. in Political Science from Furman University where he was a member of the Division I Cross-Country and Track Teams.  He was hired as a Graduate Assistant in the Health and Exercise Science department and studied Exercise Physiology, Anatomy, and Sport in Modern Society.  In 1996, Chris went to work for Saucony, inc., as a sales and marketing professional in their running shoe division.

  He spent almost three years as the head of marketing for Hind, Saucony's apparel division, where he built one of the strongest professional multisport teams of the late '90s. 

Chris was also a member of Saucony's racing team as a runner and multisport athlete.  Having worked closely with Saucony's shoe, apparel, and former bicycle divisions (Quintana Roo and Merlin), Chris has a deep knowledge of product technology and development.  In 2000, he joined the technology team at MSNBC.com and later, the Entertainment division of MSN.  He was one of the original technologists on the MSN Video team and has earned a Microsoft Patent Award for his work on displaying video content in web pages.  He now focuses his time at MSN on Web Analytics and Search Engine Optimization.

As an athlete, Chris has raced all over the world including World Championship multisport events.  A veteran of sprint, international, half-ironman, and ironman distance triathlons, he focuses his spare time  on Duathlon competition.  In 2007, Chris was the top overall American at the ITU Duathlon Age-Group World Championships in Gyor, Hungary.  He repeated that position in 2008 at World's in Rimini, Itlay.  In the 2008 USA Triathlon Rankings, Chris ranked No. 1 in his Duathlon age group. Chris is also the 2010 USA Long Course Duathlon National Champion. A running specialist, Chris coaches a select group of runners with a range of experience.  He lives with his wife and two children in Issaquah, Washington.
