Supporting heart, sleep, recovery 💛🛌🧠
One habit supports your heart, sleep, and recovery.
No biohacking required.
During my health journey, I read many studies on how saunas can be beneficial to your health.
And Finland is one of the places where sauna culture is part of everyday life.
After trying it myself, I understood why so many people make it a habit.
Regular use has been associated with 👇
❤️ Better cardiovascular health
↳ Lower long-term blood pressure
↳ Improved blood vessel function and flexibility
🔥 Cellular repair and resilience
↳ Heat exposure increases heat shock proteins
↳ Helps the body adapt to physical stress
🧘♂️ Better recovery
↳ Can support stress management and relaxation
↳ May improve sleep quality for some people
📈 Benefits that build over time
↳ The strongest associations are seen with regular use
↳ Consistency matters more than occasional marathon sessions

Alternatives
You don’t have to move to Finland to get the same benefits.
And if you’re curious, you don’t need to invest in a home sauna straight away.
You can experiment with heat exposure in a few ways 👇
🛁 Hot bath
↳ Spend 15–30 minutes in comfortably hot water
↳ Aim to raise your body temperature and begin sweating
🚿 Steam-filled bathroom
↳ Run a hot shower and let the room fill with steam
↳ Sit and relax for 10–15 minutes
❄️ Contrast shower
↳ Alternate between warm and cold water
↳ A simple way to introduce temperature exposure
Whichever approach you choose, remember to stay hydrated, listen to your body, and avoid going to extremes!
