🛌 Stick to a regular bedtime

↳ Support your natural sleep rhythm.
☕ Cut out caffeine after lunch
↳ Give your body enough time to wind down in the evening.

↳ Create an environment that makes sleep easier.
🍽️ Avoid late-night eating
↳ Let your body digest before going to bed.
📚 Create a bedtime routine
↳ Signal to your brain that the day is ending.
💡 Dim the lights in the evening
↳ Reduce the stimulation that keeps you alert.
📵 Keep screens out of the bedroom
↳ Make it easier to switch off properly.
🏃 Stay active during the day
